30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy on everything except bullion products (up to 30 days after you receive your order)- if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, please return them for a refund or credit. After 30 days, coins or other items will be purchased at our prevailing purchase prices. Contact us within 15 days of receipt by phone at 530-743-1900 or email us at webmaster@wscoin.com for a Return Authorization Number, before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt.
No refunds or credits to your account are allowed until all items are returned and inspected All returned items must be in the original packaging and containers that they were shipped in or they will not be accepted for a refund or credit.
There are no full refunds allowed on bullion products if we have already processed your payment. You can get a refund on bullion products minus the 3% bullion related surcharge. An example is; We have a gold bullion coin listed in our site for $700.00 and you wish to pay by credit card, you will be charged 3% more. The 3% credit card charge is non-refundable.
